The official home of my campaign to represent The Bahamas in the discus at the LA 2028 Olympic Games — and the place where fans follow the journey, sponsors invest in it, and clients train with me along the way.

◇ About — 01
Serena's Olympic Journey is the official home of my campaign to represent The Bahamas at the LA 2028 Olympic Games in the discus. I'm a 4x Bahamian national champion and national record holder (61.26m) who returned to elite competition after a 5-year break. I'm now ranked #71 in the world and earned silver at the CAC Games.
I train full-time in the USA and travel globally for qualifying meets, and my campaign is largely self-funded. This site is where fans follow my progress, where sponsors and partners can invest in the journey, and where Bahamians can help send one of their own to the Olympic stage. I also offer youth throws coaching and personal training for adults ages 25 to 70, delivered primarily online — and every client helps fund my Olympic campaign.

◇ FAQ — 08
I last competed at the Central American and Caribbean Championships in Santo Domingo, securing the silver medal in the women's discus with a throw of 59.32 meters on August 7, 2026.
My focus is qualifying for and representing The Bahamas at the 2028 Olympic Games in the discus. The aim is to make the finals and make Bahamian history.
Athletes must meet the entry standard (64.50m) set by World Athletics during the official qualification period, or achieve a high enough world ranking through approved competitions. The national Olympic committee then finalizes selection.
